Please click on the 'Book Now' button below, complete the form and then amend the booking form to the number of guests you require. Price per guest is £350 plus VAT.  

A drinks reception at 18.45 will be followed at 19.45-20.00 by a three course dinner with wine.  The Awards ceremony will commence around 21.30.  Carriages at 12.00.  A pdf of the invitation will be sent once places have been booked.  Payment needs to be received a week in advance of the event.  

Please note that there is no priced preferential seating - we will fill the room from the front as guests book - so it's a good idea to book early!

Dress code:  Black tie (optional)- dress for the occasion!
