Bupa UK renews role as Official Healthcare Partner for ParalympicsGB

Bupa has renewed its commitment as the Official Healthcare Partner of ParalympicsGB following a three-year relationship. Athletes will continue to have access to a wide range of Bupa services.

Since the inception of the partnership, Bupa has worked to challenge perceptions around disability and promote inclusivity. Bupa has become accredited with the Plain English and Plain Numbers campaigns, partnered with Channel 4 and others to promote inclusivity across TV, digital and social media advertising, and awarded community grants to disability inclusion projects.

Bupa’s ‘Health is’ campaign, which challenged traditional perceptions of health by showcasing the personal lives of para-athletes, was viewed by more than 7.4m people during Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Bupa also champions inclusivity in business through its Team Health Challenge initiative, which, now in its third year, brings together hundreds of FTSE100 organisations and SMEs to grow understanding of how inclusive teams are better for business.
