Babylonstoren’s contract with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has been extended for another three years. The South African wine producer’s rosé will continue to be the official rosé of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show until 2026.The partnership officially crediting Babylonstoren Mourvèdre Rosé as the London event’s official rosé first began in 2020, when the parties entered into the original three-year agreement.
The original partnership deal and contract extension between Babylonstoren and the RHS has been negotiated and managed by events and brand activation agency, Grand Central Creative.

So, naturally, we are thrilled that Babylonstoren have committed to the partnership for another three years. Across the week of the event, the team pours 30,000 complimentary tasting samples of rosé to 140,000 show guests at Babylonstoren’s sampling stand. In addition to a rosé bar that exclusively sells Babylonstoren Mourvèdre Rosé, the latest vintage is also available to buy from all of the bars and hospitality outlets across the show site at the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
Furthermore, Babylonstoren supplies products including tea, their non-alcoholic bitterlekker aperitif and olive oil for gift bags provided to RHS VIPs. The agreement also includes access to RHS media channels, including the RHS Garden magazine and email newsletters, offering extensive coverage to a range of people who share a passion for plants, gardening and outdoor spaces.
Babylonstoren is the sister property to the Newt in Somerset, the headline sponsor of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. This sponsorship is also managed and activated by Grand Central creative.
