THE·TEAM expands creators business with Outreach Talent Group acquisition

THE·TEAM has acquired UK creator representation agency Outreach Talent Group (OTG), expanding its talent roster and presence in Europe. OTG CEO Emilio Arciniega will join as Senior Vice President, Creators.

Founded in 2021 by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG is headquartered in London with a presence in New York. It represents creators and public figures across sport, fitness, beauty, lifestyle and entertainment, including Calum Harris, James and Robert Welsh, Jess Breach and Matty Lee.

The acquisition gives OTG’s clients access to THE·TEAM’s international network and commercial capabilities, while broadening the group’s roster for brands seeking creator partnerships.

THE·TEAM launched its Creators business in 2023. The deal follows its acquisitions of J1S, Long Haul and golf-focused Provisions in May 2026.
